We are so grateful for all of our gym family and supporters! We have all been hit hard by Covid and it’s been a struggle to keep things going! We are hosting a 5k Virtual Race to raise funds for the gym. If you would like to participate please visit our website and click on the link. In keeping with social distancing this run will be virtual. What does that mean?? Well all you have to do is run, walk, or bike at the location of your choice. Your house, the gym, a small group of friends around your neighborhood, are all great places. Once you are finished with the race you will send in your stats via the website. You have from 8am-6pm on Saturday July 18th to finish your race. All participants will receive a race medal with each entry. There is an option to purchase a shirt as well.
