Preschool Gymnastics Classes are designed for children ages 3 – 4 years old where we focus on teaching basic motor skills, socialization and the simplest gymnastics skills. Obstacle courses and games are combined to create a fun and safe atmosphere. Specialized preschool equipment will be represented during weekly lesson plans
Intermediate PreschoolThis is an invite only class for munchkin aged girls who have displayed higher than average skills for their age group. This group is run age appropriately and the girls will be learning at a faster pace than the traditional Preschool class.
RecreationalGirls Level 1 class for girls ages 6-14. Basic skills and gymnastics terminology are taught on all 4 olympic events. (ie, Forward roll, levers, chin ups, front supports, straddle sits, basic beam walks...)
Intermediate Girls is our Recreational Level 2 class for girls ages 6-14. In this class we further expand on our beginner skills. (i.e, Backward rolls, 3/4 handstands, bridge, kickovers, casting, levers on beam,..) Must have taken Recreational Girls and passed 80% of the skills test before signing up
Advance Girls Once promotedout of Intermediate the girls begin this 1.5-hour advanced class. The girls are able to spend additional time on each event, allowing for the learning of more advanced skills. All girls in this class must be promoted or evaluated into this group prior to signing up.
Tumbling class is for students who are only interested in floor. Must master and round-off and a backbend kickover to move to the advanced class
Parkour classes are designed to help students learn and develop Parkour movement skills. Students of all ages and skill levels will learn obstacle maneuvering, climbing, rolling, balancing and landing techniques. Our lessons focus strongly the origins, history and methodology of Parkour. Students will see their confidence rise as they find a sense of community and learn how to apply Parkour to everyday life
